- Membership is mandatory for participation in Forum meetings.
- The Members of the Forum will get an opportunity to participate in the business meetings in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad & Vadodara.
- Pre-registration is also mandatory for participating in each meeting.
- Delegates must carry their business cards and the Company profiles.
- The Chamber will not be responsible for any financial loss through business deals and leads exchanged through the platform & delegates will deal directly at their own risk and responsibilities with other delegates.
- Additional service charges will be applicable for any business advisory services or third-party assistance for business growth & expansion.
- Members will not be allowed to promote other similar or competing platforms or membership at this meeting.
- The Forum is an exclusive platform of SME Chamber of India.
- Delegates should submit their specific business requirements, interest and proposals within 7 days of the meeting.
- Please submit your Delegate Registration / Membership Application as per the business sector of your Company, along with a photocopy of Registration Certificate, UDYAM Registration (if available).
- The acceptance or refusal of the membership / registration will be at the sole discretion of the Managing Committee of the Chamber.
- Incomplete Application Form will not be accepted or approved.
- 18% GST is applicable for all the transactions.
- Membership fee is non-refundable and will not be refunded, if cancelled by the member or is withdrawn by the Chamber for any reasons, whatsoever.

- The members should examine the background of the other members, buyers, suppliers or manufactures or service providers before dealing or signing any contracts with them.
- The Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject the membership applications, participation at the events and other activities as well as acceptance of specific business assignments and proposals.
- The registered members or subscribers or delegates will not be entitled to avail any membership advantages of the Chamber. They should register their membership separately with the Chamber.
- The delegates or members are not entitled to share the list of members or delegates to any third party/ies or any other organisations or competitors.
- Members should follow business ethics, fair business practices, rules, regulations and terms laid down for business meetings.
- If any member is having any issues or grievances about business meetings or finds anything is lacking or shortcomings through this business meetings / activities, they should immediately bring to the notice of management through email with specific issues or suggestions for necessary actions or implementation.
- SME Business Forum is a division of SME Chamber of India as a unique networking platform and not having any association or alliance with any other organisations or political party/ies or any other illegal organisations.
- The entrepreneurs and enterprises should deal with the authorised person of the Forum or Chamber for membership and participation at the meetings. The Forum or Chamber will not be responsible for any wrongful dealings with the third party/ies or unknown person/s showcasing association with the Forum.
